As I approach my 80th birthday, I’ve come to realize how important it is, at this stage of my life, to spend my time doing what I truly love. I’ve always cherished my years of podcasting and creating videos — connecting, sharing, and storytelling. So, I’m returning to the camera and microphone once again, ready to share my life with you. It can be both simple and complicated, yet if I’ve ever tried something, stumbled, succeeded, or learned a valuable lesson along the way, I want to pass those lessons on to you. I’ve been blessed with many incredible moments in both my career and my life, and now feels like the perfect time to reflect on them — to celebrate, to share, and maybe even to inspire you along the way. Join a small group of like-minded individuals as we gather to share our weight loss / health journeys. 

Prepare to make a plan to lose your first twenty pounds. 

Other ways the group is releasing weight and getting healthier will be shared. 

You can choose your own journey.  

Come to share and grow in your knowledge of health. 

I have taken my years of working on my personal health and wellness to a place where 
you can also achieve this by using some of these ideas to work on your commitments. 

I use a combination of exercise, food plans, and mindset methods 
to help you achieve what you desire.
